You may be eligible to receive a pro rata cash payment if you have or had a subscription to Cowboy Channel Plus (on cowboychannelplus.com) from September 25, 2022, through, and including, October 9, 2024. If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive a payment, you must complete a Claim Form on or before July 1, 2025.

To start your online claim form, you must login with your Unique ID and PIN. You can find your Unique ID and PIN at the top of your email or postcard Notice. If you are unable to locate your ID & PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator at (833) 296-0893. Please request your Unique D & PIN by providing the Class Member’s full name and mailing address.
